Fantastic word game

On account of rain or on account of darkness, those were the two most common reasons for calling an end to the ball games we used to play in the street when we were young.
 
Young and old enjoyed the July 4th festivities all week long which will culminate in a beach party bash on Saturday complete with a beach fashion show headlined by Miss Silkie and Sweetie Pie.
 
A beach fashion show headlined by Miss Silkie and Sweetie Pie will require Mother Nature to cooperate and provide a sunny and hot day in order for the show to truly be a hit.
 
A hit and another hit and 2 runs scored is what I contributed earlier today to the PowerWorld LLC Alumni Softball Game.

It was good to see quadraphonic, raptus, andreajesus, LARR, Stuart, Yeziknoradio, joeybabe with some YooHoo from the gas station across the street, Darth, MarcB, and CTListener. Even The_Dude came by. Naturally, he tried to change the rules of the game...again; refused to adapt...again; and he left...again; never to be heard from....Again. :D
 
Bengay is a classic favorite, and it is not so bad aromatically speaking, but Blue Emu is another favorite around here.
 
Around here today people are moving a little more slowly than usual thanks to the sore muscles we got from yesterday's Alumni Softball Game but thanks to some pain relievers, I'm at least able to bend down and open my bottom desk drawers now without crying out in pain.
 
Crying out in pain after attempting to lift dmargalotti's ego, I decided to leave it to the moving professionals.

Moving other peoples stuff from one place to another is a team effort when the cat gets on the counter and moves the pot roast to the floor for the dog, then sits on the spot where the roast formerly was, with a smug, self-righteous expression, waiting to see what the cook does to the dog for eating the roast and licking the roasting pan.
 
Food Network "offered" to bring us on board, but we had to politely decline, because we are too busy with other band camp endeavors.
 
Other band camp endeavors, especially those involving the library, can really limit your time and availability Miss Silkie but I still think you could designated some of your responsibilities to the lovely young library interns which would give you some much needed free time to pursue outside interests.
 
Classic tv shows are a lot of fun to watch because we can see how things have changed and how much our favorite celebrities have aged.
