Spectrum Nationwide Outage!!

I was watching TV when suddenly the channel became pixelated and scrambled, flip through the box and there are several other channels that look like this. Already reset and unplugged everything, attempted to call Spectrum, and it disconnected due to too many calls. When I go to Facebook looks like it’s a nationwide issue, going on. Spectrum needs to address this.

The online app seems to be affected as well.

I noticed a bit of this on my Spectrum service, but it seemed quite intermittent and not a real problem. My concerns with Spectrum are more along the customer service avenue, as they have obviously lost a step in this department since merging with larger outlets. I understand merging with other companies can create problems, but whoa, they seem lost in this area, IMO.
