Just wanted to know when they will change formats. This current format is barely getting an audience at 0.07 which is laughable.
They keep pouring money into formats that don't do well.
Add to the fact their red contour is 50 percent Victorville and 50 percent San Bernardino, Redlands. That's an issue as well. The red contour should be well received into corona, upland. But it's not. I would personally like to see it change owners but doubt the owner or shareholders would agree to that idea.

Actually, the share is about 0.7, not 0.07.

This is a Class A licensed up in Arrowhead, and covering only about 50% of the IE market with a 60 dbu signal. It just can't compete with all the local and LA signals. And the Victor Valley is such a poor radio market for sales that a partial signal with very low ratings can't produce viable billings.

The station can't improve its facility. it is both at the maximum for its class and for protection of co-channel and adjacents.

As to a sale, the station is tightly owned by Willie Davis and his family both in name and in a trust. So were a sale desired, they would have not "shareholder" issues.
