Hearst buys WPXT/Portland, ME

So the Portland/Poland Spring market now has two duopolies: WMTW-TV (ABC) channel 8 with WPXT-TV (CW) channel 51 and WGME-TV (CBS) with WPFO-TV (FOX) channel 23. Kind of makes market leader WCSH-TV (NBC) channel 6 of Portland the odd station out! Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't WPXT-TV a duopoly with channel 35 of Lewiston before? (When it was MY affiliate WPME-TV.)

Also, when did WNNE-TV channel 31 of White River Junction, VT become a CW affiliate? I knew it as a satellite of WPTZ-TV (NBC) channel 5 of Plattsburgh, NY. It filled the hole for NBC where channel 5 couldn't reach in the Connecticut River Valley.
