FYI National EAS test 10/3

Well, that was interesting, one alarm on my phone at 2:18PM and that was it!

Ummm.....what were you expecting?? That's really all that was SUPPOSED to happen!
If you were out of cell range when the test was sent, it SHOULD have occurred once the phone was IN range...
Or....are you saying you didn't get the EAS message that was broadcast on radio and TV??!

I just thought it would be more informative or longer is sll. If I blunk, I would have missed it.
