I see there's no ECO on this list, Televisa's all-news channel. It also ran on Channels 2 and 4 overnight and early mornings in Mexico City. I guess by this time, ECO was discontinued.

It's also interesting to see what U.S. services this cable line-up provided. Many of the popular U.S. cable networks have Spanish-language versions, Discovery, USA, Hallmark. But I see this cable system also carries the Classic Arts Showcase, a low-budget sort of MTV for classical music. It runs in NYC overnight on the City University CUNY cable channel. Here it is on Channel 15 running around the clock!

ECO sign off in May 1st, 2001 because it was not profitable and because the big mistake was to become an exclusive channel for pay television
