SOMETHING's going down at KBKS/Seattle

(I'm usually on the Buffalo/Niagara Falls/Rochester board.)

The good folks at AllAccess.com note that KBKS(106.1 Kiss FM)in Seattle is currently running jockless and are teasing a 4PM(Pacific)announcement as to what exactly is going on with the long-running top 40 outlet.

Anyone got more info?

There's a separate Seattle board where this is being speculated to death. Bottom line: No fans know anything, no radio pros not connected to iHeart or Seattle know anything, and if anyone with actual insider knowledge is lurking, they're not posting.

And(again, credit to AllAccess), we found out what it was all about...no format change and no change in positioner, but it's still "under construction". AND they're offering $10,000 to the person that refers "Seattle's funniest person" to host their morning show. And if THEY'RE funny enough, the referrer could also get a full time job.

We got all worked up....for THAT?:rolleyes:
