KOST 103.5 adds hd3

Wow I would have guessed Ihearts Los Angeles operations would be the last Place where the Breeze name would be used given that other Iheart Owned stations using the Breeze model themselves after KOST or KISQ (The flagship station of Ihearts Breeze)

KOST Los Angeles is Number 2 in the ratings but given the way Iheart is doing this by putting the national feed of the Breeze on the air is to stop the competition like Entercom, Cumulus, Alpha from using that name in their areas.

Entercom Detroit 98.7FM was one of the reasons why Iheart decided to expand the national feed of "The Breeze" HD-2 or HD-3's in other parts of the country.

But In Sacramento and Philadelphia theres yet to be determined for PPM data on listener ship for their local editions of the Breeze though given that that flip was last week.

For KISQ San Francisco we do have data that "The Breeze" is popular in that market mainly because they have been around for two years.

98.1 The Breeze in San Francisco did well almost from the moment it came on the air because there were no other stations doing the "Lite" rock genre since KOIT had morphed into more mainstream CHR.

In Sacramento, KYMX used to be Soft AC, but the station is now Mainstream playing tons of currents and recurrents. They play harder 80's like Dead or Alive -You Spin Me Round (-Like a Record)

the Breeze KISQ is nothing like KOST. KOST play's Edgier songs and is WAY more current and uptempo than KISQ. LA Does not have a Soft AC, they have a Mainstream AC.

Sounds like KOST is similar to KOIT in San Francisco, which gradually morphed away from soft AC into mainstream AC, giving No Heart the opening to flip KISQ to soft AC as The Breeze.
