I didn't know INN ever produced a midday edition....interesting!

The 'E/R' here also starred George Clooney a full decade before the 'ER' that would make him famous debuted!

Pittsburgh didn't have ATWT as neither independent picked it up! I wonder if WTRF or WTAJ were on cable in Pittsburgh itself or in inner-ring suburbs at this time

Negatory on that. Closest cable system I know of that carried WTRF was in Bridgeville, about 12 miles to the SW.

My Warner QUBE system did have a channel called "TV Extras" though that would often pick-up network shows
that had been pre-empted locally (in the days before SYNDEX rules prevented this). Generally their CBS feed
came from WKBN in Youngstown as I recall.

WTRF was easily viewable over-the-air in Pittsburgh if you were high enough on a hill though.
I still can get it at my place. WTAJ was nearly impossible to tune in the city (Altoona being 100 miles to the east
and behind a couple of mountain ridges).

Come to think of it though WKBN may have still been running movies in the afternoon so the TV Extras feed very well might have come from Wheeling.
