I am listening to a Country Station on 105.1 FM here on 1960 and 45 North. Can’t seem to find where it’s coming from. The only thing I found was a Station In Texarkana.

Likely the tropo-enhanced signal of KYKS "Kicks 105" from Lufkin.
 
Not a big surprise to hear Kicks given they are a regular visitor to the Houston area, depending on conditions. Their "fringe" signal approaches Conroe and includes Cleveland.
