KQC 8.0 annual Christmas bump. It will fade in a few months like it always does.

No wonder McCrory stopped saying fastest growing radio show in the Carolinas.

I wouldn't read too much in these numbers. The Christmas book is usually all wonky anyway. By February or March things are usually back to normal. I heard some really horrible music mixes on K-104.7 a couple of days ago so their Christmas ratings bump probably won't last long.

What WBT really needs to address is their cume (how many people ever listen). These numbers are quarter hours (how long) . WBT just doesn't cume anymore, people are not aware WBT even exists which is sad. The last time I saw cume numbers for WBT they were much lower than I expected. They should be promoting the station heavily everywhere especially since there are new people moving to the Charlotte area every day.

A look at the latest ratings and wow as expected K-104.7 with it’s very unfocused mix of music fell with a thud from the Christmas book. A shame because they have some really good people on the air there now.
