1540 WNWR-AM off air and 990 WNTP quiet

WNWR has been silent all day, no carrier at all. Not surprised with how awful their audio has been lately.

Also- I've noticed how quiet WNTP's audio has been lately. Compared to WKDN 950 or KYW 1060, WNTP sounds bassy, quiet, with no punch to the audio at all.

Since my retirement from WNTP/WFIL in early February I can't tell you what they are doing. I know that as of last week they still did not have a new engineer. So, why are they "quiet"? Your guess is as good as mine.
