Kimmer Show Suspended For Lucy McBath Comments

Rodney Ho is reporting that Kim Peterson and Pete Davis were suspended without pay for 3 days for comments they made about Lucy McBath that were perceived as sexist. Rodney's column states the suspension was dictated by Cumulus CEO Mary Berner.

The Kimmer was back today and not at all happy about the suspension. By sounding off regarding his dissatisfaction, he created something we hear too little of these days, compelling radio.

Reality is, it's not going to matter. It's all going away soon anyway.
 
How many more days till the switch? What happens to Levin, Shapiro? Has anybody picked them up? What's the deal with 92.3 simulcasting 106.7? Anybody know? Thanks.

My best guess would be Cumulus is putting second and third tier talkers like Levin and Shapiro on 92.3. With it's very low expense and cost, even if it is a ratings "dog" they can still put prepaid weekend stuff on "New Talk 92,3". Then there is the chance that WGST or Salem picks up Levin and or Shapiro.
 
WGST ought to cancel Ramsey and carry Levin. Move Schnitt to 4-6PM (Live) and carry Levin live 6-9 PM.
I never could listen to Ramsey very long. Why would anybody want to hear about people making $150K having money problems?
Hard to believe he's #3 on the Heavy Hundred!
