Is this a real network?

On Direct TV Channel 310 is HSN2, which shows "best-of" programming from HSN 24/7. The guide shows 310 HSN2 and most of the time the listings are accurate. However since last night the listings are completely wrong - as in the programming that is listed is nothing related to HSN. What is listed are a bunch of old movies from the 1960s (and older than that) and some old shows including "Death Valley Days", "Laramie," and "The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp". I first noticed this last Friday the 10th, but it eventually corrected itself before going screwy again. Is there a real network using this line-up of old movies and shows? And yes HSN2 programming is actually on.

Here's What's listed.

6AM The Maverick Queen
8AM Station West
10AM-1PM ---- Looks to be E/I Programming - Jack Hannna, Ocean Treks, Sea Rescue, etc

10PM Two Mules for Sister Sara
1AM The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean

GRIT is uplinked to Dish Network, but isn't on DirecTV. We used to get Grit over the air on 29.3 (KIMA) but was replaced by that stupid Stadium network last year. Lowest of the low conference sports and sports talk shows I've never heard of. Sinclair-mandated, of course. Grit has never been seen again in Yakima, which is sad. I've seen multiple folks watching Grit's western shows when it was still on.
Dish also carries MeTV, Laff, BUZZR...surprising amount of subchannel networks.

The package of diginets on Dish is one thing I think they're doing right, and I don't know why DirecTV, cable systems, and streaming packages can't do something similar.

I only know about Grit from these boards. The one TV in my house that is hooked up to an antenna cannot pick up WTNH/WCTX. We live in the same neighborhood (different manufactured house) as we did before the digital transition and WTNH/WCTX barely came in back then.

It still doesn't explain how the listings for Grit ended up being listed for HSN2.

No reason it couldn't be. The most likely culprit is that a financial deal that makes sense for both sides cannot be worked out.

WRONG!

Spectrum in Mankato, MN nor Duluth, MN doesnt carry either one....
Plenty of examples where Mediacom doesnt carry Decades

Spectrum in Jackson, TN carries H&I, and it looks like it's the national feed because there isn't any local ID for WYJJ-LD 27, who carries it OTA here, at any time, and Charter doesn't have any of their other subchannels.

In checking at H&I's website they show quite a few cities where they aren't availableat a local station but they're available through Spectrum : https://www.handitv.com/wheretowatch/

Dish actually has a package of diginets available including Me TV, so it looks like it would make sense for them to be able to do it at cable systems as well.

I have to correct myself. In Duluth H&I is a secondary feed on KBJR-DT3. My Network is primary and they also carry lots of high school and college sports.
