I was surprised that Katy Keene wasn't paired with Riverdale I thought for sure that was going to air in the fall on The CW. Oh well, I was excited for Nancy Drew when I heard that The CW was interested in Nancy Drew glad that it found a home as Nancy Drew was pitched to other networks but didn't go very far.

“Nancy Drew” is set to stream on CBS All Access after its first run on The CW, Marc DeBevoise, president and COO of CBS Interactive said on Thursday.

The adaptation of the popular book series is set to launch this fall on The CW.

Nancy Drew, who is played by Kennedy McMann, is described as a brilliant teen sleuth whose college plans and sense of self have been derailed by a recent family tragedy – but when she ends up a suspect in a murder, it rekindles her love for detective work, even though the clues lead her to believe that a long-dead local girl may be the killer.

If you mean the schedule for CW+ stations, it's probably still mostly trash talk, courtroom shows, and infomercials. Perhaps different shows or lineups, but still mostly the same type of garbage.

There are no courtroom shows on CW+ (at least the CW+ cable only affiliate here in Mankato)

I miss having a legit CW feed (WUCW) that has courtroom shows, new Maury shows, 2 1/2 men reruns and Ring of Honor Wrestling

OK I checked the CW+ schedule for WNBJ 39.2 in Jackson, TN and I stand somewhat corrected. I found out they have crime shows and Cheaters starting at 6 AM CT, followed by trash talk and infomercials for the rest of the day until 4 PM CT when they go to sitcoms and adult cartoons. So it's really not any better in my view.

I didn't think about it until now but in a way AT&T is biting themselves in the rear end in the contract disputes with Sinclair, CBS and Nexstar where the stations carry CW programming. In a way it serves them right.
