WTOP on 97.1 in philly

During very strong tropo tonight, I am hearing WTOP over top the reach gospel translator on 97.1. Only problem is, I cannot find a single WTOP translator on 97.1 anywhere. Is is possible the reach gospel translator is picking up a WTOP satellite feed or something? Any help is appreciated.

Commercial band translators arent allowed to use satellite feeds for commercial band stations if the translator is outside the stations 60dbu countour

W276AQ 97.1 Collingswood, NJ (antenna on S 12th street, just blocks from city hall) is fed over the air W278AK 103.5 Village Green, PA (antenna just off the Delaware EXpressway in Linwood area) .. so 103.5 W278AK is off the air or being swamped by tropo.. and W276AQ 97.1 is picking up WTOP FM over the air.... not surprising since the 103.5 signal at the 97.1 site looks to be somewhat marginal already

More specifically, W278AK's stick is, I assume, on that monstrosity behind the Exxon on Route 452 next to aforementioned I-95, per radio-locator via GSV.

ixnay

it's wild that they'd feed W276AQ with the 103.5 signal which barely gets to city hall at all.

Not so wild because that may be their only option and often sites like this use one or more yagi.. often stacked horizontally or vertically... to pick up the incoming signal.
