Well its not shocking to see this turn into a debate over if we should celebrate his death or not given the situation the thread is in.

That is the bizarre part. Generally, celebrities or those accused of infamous crimes are put on suicide watch or protective custody (roughly the same conditions). He had said he was wounded by someone who called him a child molester, but there was no evidence his cell mate or anyone else harmed him. That sounds like a suicide attempt to me...
I’d be curious if his estate sues the Federal BOP for not providing him adequate protection against himself.

Wouldn't be surprised to see wild conspiracy theories floated by the extremes on both ends of the political spectrum, given his connections to so many of the rich and famous in politics and elsewhere, and the big names spilled just the other day by one of his alleged victims. I don't consider myself a tin-foil hat guy by any means, but I must admit that my first reaction when I saw the word "suicide" this morning was "Yeah, right." Many people had very good reason to want this man dead, and now whatever secrets he kept will follow him to the grave.

this thing looks very sketchy to me, and the pandora's box is opened for conspiracy theories as some already thinking he was murdered by The Clintons (including President Trump) with #ClintonBodyCount trending of Twitter along with it's counter version of #TrumpBodyCount for those who hate the president to use to the more simple and logical "he was killed by a fellow inmate cause he was a pedophile" in which in the jails and prisons, pedophiles are not really liked in jails/prisons and often put in jail/prison in a more protected area for them to be housed due to the risk of being shived to death by a fellow inmate.

From what i read he was taken off suicide watch which quite frankly makes no damn sense and there are also speculations of another prisoner or member of the jail staging this to look as a suicide but actually murdered him in cold blood and also reports of the in cell camera from where he was being held malfunctioning lots of coincidences no question.
First of all show some respect for Mr. epstein doesnt matter what he was accused of he didnt see his date in court second of all who gives a damn about what hashtag is trending on twitter that is designed by the mainstream media to distract people from what is actually going on. You think the clintons could have hired someone to kill mr epstein and sneak them into a very high security holding facility with the eyes of the nation on it? Give me a break people need to stop caring about whats on twitter and start looking at the facts of the matter. Who realistically had access to mr epstein aka jail personnell gaurds lawyers and who had access to the footage on him such as cameras in and around his cell location.

According to the legal reporter on this morning's This Week with George Stephanopoulis, they already know what happened. Now they must spin it for release to the general public.
Don't know if you knew this, but there is not much in a jail cell that you can use to do yourself in with. Its not like a motel room. And how convenient that the camera system was not working. Hmm.
But I am curious about these women who were underage at the time. Where were their parents while all this was happening? The ultimate responsibility of a child is with its parents.
Were they emancipated minors?

They don't know what happened until the Medical Examiner releases the information. It has not yet been released.
Good luck in keeping this thread in line. Both sides are going to have their tin foil hats on ultra-tight, even after the ME issues his report, because both see the potential for Epstein's secrets to destroy the other side. Buckle up, this one is going to be a very rough ride!

Why is there a conspiracy theory on one accused predator though. Has any conspiracy theorist ever heard of vigilante groups who attack and in some cases kill the people they accuse of harassing/raping women and children. There have been aggressive men and in some cases teen boys in the past going back to the Catholic Church scandal two decades who feel that they have to kill and attack "a registered offender" because they feel they were doing a heroic act and they were under pressure to stop the harassment and abuse. And in some cases the "Heroes" have to say that a dead rapist/harasser is shaming them for protecting the victims in court. But the coroner will have to determine if Epstein died by suicide or by police brutality though in this case.
