Vibe 107.5 & Tweaks format

I had a feeling this would happen once Xavier joined Vibe but the format leans more to a Classic Hip Hop station. Most of the Pop tracks have been replaced with Hip Hop.

If I remember correctly, Yo 95.1 struggled selling airtime. I guess if at first you don't succeed, try again? So be it. Glad G103.3 is still on the air.

SA already has enough pop stations, good move in my book. Now The Beat needs to stop playing pop LOL.

Vibe is here today and gone tomorrow as many of the Classic Hip Hop fornats flipped to other formats across the country. Vibe isn't all Hip Hop but it definitely dominates the format.

As I stated before, G103.3 needs to simulcast on 95.7. The signal doesn't cover all of SA but it reaches the booming Southside, SW and SE areas. Even with its limited coverage G103.3 outperforms La Ley.

If you ask me G needs better coverage on the northside of town.

Too bad alternative can't come back to SA. Guess the market is too pop/hip hop heavy for a decent rock station. Probably why 99.5 can't even play Five Finger Death Punch as an active rocker.

Good thing I can just pull up Alt Radio on the iheartradio app

Don't worry. La Raza will outperform G 103.3 the moment you travel further down I-10. LOL. Sarcasm aside, La Ley is a heritage station. That being said, it wouldn't be a bad idea for Alpha to do a station swap moving G to 95.7, it would garner more ratings for La Ley due to signal and people who are traveling in from Houston that are into Regional Mexican music. Then 95.7 could chip away listeners from KXXM Now 96.1
