La Nueva expanded to San Antonio recently

The 91.5 station would be K218EJ in Missouri City. Directional antenna with suppressed signal towards downtown, but I can still hear a weak signal inside the loop. All the La Nueva IDs that I have heard include mentions of 91.5, regardless of what station is carrying the programming.

Coverage map: https://radio-locator.com/cgi-bin/pat?call=K218EJ&service=FX

Radio-locator claims KJIC as the originating station, but almost certainly not so; not aware of any HD use by KJIC.

La Nueva is on several translators/LPFMs in the Houston area.

Is La Nueva also on KQVI 89.9 Cedar Lake and KODA HD3? Those are the actual stations with call letters given for the one in San Antonio. I'm not sure if those top-of-hour IDs are given in Houston or not.

In any case, if those are the originating stations for the feeds to one or more translators, they are the correct legal ID.

Checking an HD radio earlier this evening I found La Nueva on KODA HD4. KTRH is on the HD2 and Radio Dabang on the HD3.

This is a recent change with KODA adding an HD4. Also KTBZ now shows up with an HD4 but it cuts in and out on my radio. Programming on the HD3 and 4 is KPRC.

Have never heard KQVI. 10kw on a short stick 70 miles away...and drowned out by first adjacent KPFT.
