Looks like raw, unweighted data. Either that or WYRK had a monumental fall.

There seems to be some disparity between existing contracts and the monthly reporting of topline numbers on Nielsen ratings. The Top Line 12+ ratings listed by Nielsen show that some companies - namely Cumulus and WECK locally - didn't sign on to the monthly rolling average in time for the last release on October 15th that covered July-Sept. It will be interesting to seen who's listed for the Aug-Sept-Oct period released in November.

These numbers are unweighted WECK will be in next weeks numbers most likely at a 3.3 , top ten.

We began subscribing to the stupid new Neilson system in sept but they got the date wrong.
