KOLT 1320 Scottsbluff, NE Going Dark

KOLT will be going dark Monday. The Nebraska Rural Radio Association bought the Legacy Communications cluster there and not only has to divest 2 stations but KOLT is in very poor technical shape. So it's going off Monday in what is framed as a temporary move right now, but while I haven't been told this.. it wouldn't surprise me to see the KOLT license turned in. Scottsbluff has too many stations and one less AM won't hurt anyone.
 
Is the 690 in Scottsbluff part of the cluster? Bigger signal and smaller electric bill than 1320.

Yup, and someone told me they read somewhere that the 1320 news talk/sports format was moving to 690
