My reasoning is that with WRNR always trying to be a rimshot Baltimore station, is it possible to put it on the WLZL tower to cover Baltimore with a city grade signal?
ISSUE #1: WAFY in fredricksburg already almost reaches the Baltimore suburbs. They'd have to have a sharp null away from baltimore. I don't know how well that would solve the problem either.
ISSUE #2: Money. I can't imagine WRNR has unlimited funds like it's an entercom station. This would be a huge investment, but I think to get coverage like they could, it'd be worth it.
