A pow-pow-powerful 9 watts, directional.
A 9 Watt Blowtorch.!! This is a game changer. Now they may be able to land that Radio Shack account...
Formerly WBBF-AM's translator. At least there won't be any interference claims between 100.3 and 100.5. Here's the contour:

Well, wrong again! Do you actually think I would want a 9 Watts of coverage? Keep checking the FCC boards.....that is all i will say
Buddy I think you are doing a Great Job with your station! You are passionate about radio and the programming shows it. Other than morning shows corporate radio has become so cookie cutter boring and the big stations think people will continue to listen on line at home with 4,5,6 mins of commercials several times an hour during non-drive times with nothing
Special to listen to. Any time I tune in your programming is not typical corporate boring jukebox. Keep up the good work!

Well, if 100.3 were to go away, Buddy could shoehorn a much more effective translator onto 100.5 and not interfere with any other US stations. He could increase his coverage in the northtowns and compliment the coverage he gets with 102.9.

Once again, as usual, Rox is totally has no clue when it comes to translators and intentions. You are all way off base. Just keep checking that fcc.today site. Give it a few months though. It’s gonna get real interesting boys. I’ll give you two hInts. “ favoritisms “ and “ who knows who “
So they've applied to move the translator to your tower. You still have to protect Canada and avoid overlapping with your own translator in Tonawanda unless you shut one of them down. Still not quite in the range of a "major FM" that you keep saying you're going to own soon.

The wait is over. Buddy buys the translator for $50K (nice deal Buddy!) and applies to move from 100.3 to 100.1
If you look at the Triangle vs Curtis ruling last year, there may be as much as 50% 60 dbu overlap among co-owned translators.

There is not 50 percent overlap. Not even close
And thus legal; the North Carolina ruling is part of administrative law and shows that at least 50% overlap is not prohibited.

In the homogeneous wasteland that so much of broadcast has become it's refreshing to see what you are accomplishing by believing in your product, the broadcast business and yourself. Ignore the frustrated keyboard warriors on this and other forums who don't have the fortitude to do what you are doing. Those of us with an active interest in seeing broadcasting continue and thrive appreciate what you are doing.

I ran a couple of Buddy's posts and this one through an analysis app I have for judging the clarity and complexity of presentations, and they score very differently.
Not the same person, unless Buddy has a secret life writing character dialog TV and movie scripts.
