How is that an observation?
12 months is a long time. And that’s a really broad proposition—Philly only? Heard within Philly but not a city station per se?
If a hot trend emerges, there could be candidates, based on how said trend fits into a given cluster.
A calendar year is a rather meaningless construct. Why 12 months, vs 10? 15?
