No ratings listed for one ownership group?

https://ratings.****************/content/arb207

November, 2019 - Listed as 'N/A' for all four Cumulus Media stations.

Did they not 'pay to play'?

Does KDRI suck so bad that they're not making the grade?

Nope. Cumulus is doing the same thing in several other medium markets, including Buffalo NY.

They'll be back in the spring. No requirement to buy every book. Especially if you don't sell winter ratings.

It appears that Cumulus is subscribed to only the Apr-May-Jun and Oct-Nov-Dec books in its Continuous Diary Measurement markets. That does not give them access, for example, to the April book or the May book which include February/March and March/April respectively. They just get 2 books a year, which are like the former Spring and Fall books, but now would be the December and June books.

Nielsen does not show KDRI as a subscrber, so even if it got some listening, it would not be shown in the public release data for the market.

Appreciate the answers, gents!

So, eventually KDRI broke out the checkbook, I see.

Do you sign up, knowing you've got respectable data, or a hunch that it's gonna be respectable?

Nielsen station representatives would, most likely, show the results to a potential client and exhibit how a subscriber could benefit.

In any case, a non-subscriber can easily see their results at any subscribed ad agency or via a call to a friend at a subscribing station. It is only in the public release of limited 6+ or 12+ data that non-subscribers are not shown. That data is in the full release report.

If the station does not show in the release data, it means that it is very low and below the non-subscribed station cutoff level.

Bragging about the results to the print media...I mean, it's better than a 0.1, right? ;)
