I believe Beth Howland is also gone. She was the other non-Flo waitress. Sorry, I didn't watch the show that often. :(

Yes, I believe that to be correct. It is interesting that Vera (Beth) and Alice (Linda) stayed with the show for its entire nine-year run, while that third waitress (Flo/Polly) was replaced by Belle/Isabel, and later by Jolene.
 
McKeon had a real growth spurt during the show's run, IIRC. I think he wound up towering over just about everyone else in the cast by the time it ended.
