What station is this on 880 AM?

I hear it in the pre-dawn hours in Phoenix. At 06:10 MST they play The Star Spangled Banner (always a singer, the times I’ve heard it). I hear it just ‘underneath’ KRVN out of Lexington, NE. I occasionally hear some Navajo-language programming from KHAC in Tse Bonito, NM, when KVRN is on a fade-out so I wondered whether it’s them(?). I can’t imagine it’s WCBS. I’ve never heard a whisper of that station.

Curious if anyone here knows or has an idea.
 
Looking at the pattern maps for 880. I'd say KHAC is probably what you're hearing. 10kw non-directional at sunrise/sunset would presumably be able to punch holes into kRVN.
 
It probably is. I’ve written them an email to ask. We’ll see whether they answer. At that time of day they _should_ still be at 430 watts, if I’m reading the FCC websites correctly. In my head I was thinking of The Star Spangled Banner as a morning sign-on, as in when that station turns up the power for the day. That’s probably something that ended when I was still a kid. :)
I think there’s a station out near ...Monterey(?)... CA that’s 10kW all the time. I’ve never heard any indication of that station here, though.

I doubt KKMC in California would play the anthem, they are simply a preaching/teaching type station./

KHAC has given KRVN fits before. I'm 300 miles West of KRVN and should get a fairly adequate signal at night.. but ive had KHAC wipe them out completely a few times.
 
Speaking of 880, KRVN is a surprising powerhouse here at night.

Most of the time, it dominates KHCM from Honolulu often putting it well in the background.
 
Whoa! That’s kind of amazing (that Nebraska would dominate a local in Hawaii)!

No reply from KHAC thus far. Maybe I’ll hear call letters some morning, or Navajo immediately before or after the Anthem. Thanks to everyone for the replies!

I think Gar is on the Big Island a few 100 miles south of Honolulu. He can null the 880 in Honolulu and hear KRVN. KRVN does aim alot of power to the west at night.
 
I guess they are very directional too because I can't even hear a trace of them on the Overland Park, Kansas SDR

Confirmed: I never hear KRVN here in Overland Park at night. They do not come in during day either, only during critical hours when they are on day pattern.

Only other station I've heard here other than WCBS is a sports-talk station which I believe is WPEK in NC.
