1420 - XEXX BCN, Tijuana; poor to fair under/over KITI WA and others with TUDN Radio promo, Spanish female voiceover, around 2230 PT 12/24. Went to a KiwiSDR near San Diego and it was a match. NEW #788, 2KW at 1,019 miles. Always happy with a new XE. I am still missing 620, 1270, 1310 and 1550 from Tijuana. However, a couple are quite low power. The 620 may be doable if we have a nice little X-flare auroral storm sometime this winter.
