WBOS

As I said, the big draw for WHEB is their morning show. That's the way it should be. All this talk about music is a distraction. It's all about Morning Buzz.

I do agree that the morning show is the main draw for the station. (You already know my opinion of the playlist.)

I guess iHM shares your view as to the importance of the other dayparts since they exert minimal effort in programming them!

Once again, there's more to programming than scheduling music. They have a local guy on in afternoon drive. That's pretty good for a small market.

Just ran across this thread and didn't realize how much the iHeart rock stations were sharing playlists.

Can people in New Hampshire hear WZZO? Seems like a rather long distance.

Why shouldn't co-owned stations share resources? Doesn't a publication like Billboard make it very easy for all stations to share playlists?

Re:

We can always count on you, BigA, to defend iHM at every opportunity possible! Are you their P.R. person?

Let me guess - you're the guy who came up with the term "dislocation" instead of RIF, right?

Why shouldn't co-owned stations share resources?

Look at the ratings of ZZO of late; they're sagging. Look at the ratings of 105.7 in Greensboro; they're terrible!!!

I'm not defending anyone. Just stating the facts. If you have issue with my facts, please point them out.

Once again, why shouldn't stations share resources? Most groups have "format captains" who co-ordinate programming among stations in their formats.
