I never noticed if he had the 957 in his Twitter handle. I thought he was always @mattycord
Unless I’m imagining things, which is entirely possible, I thought he used 933 and then 957. Or maybe he dropped that a while back and this is just coincidental.

At one point, he was at Y-100. As well as the PA announcer for the 76ers. Busy guy.
So let’s speculate because....why not?
Cord goes to WMGK. What if Ben in the AM? Move Kristen back to mornings and leave afternoons as just music? Donnie Black going alone in one of the slots? Someone else comes

Feels like a smart move by WMGK as Cord's former Y100 and WMMR listeners age out and move on to classic rock, especially now that Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Bush and Soundgarden are in rotation.
Still feels weird to me that Counting Crowes are now classic rock, though. Bet it tests well, but...

Return the station to a traditional adult hits with no live hosts.
They have done hosted mornings since pretty early on. LA Reid, Dave Cruise, Marilyn and now (or formerly) Matt (and some overlaps/combos in there). It's been interesting--and will be to see what they do.
