USA Radio Network

Does anyone remember a radio spot or advertisement on the USA Radio Network that started out with music from the American Revolution, where the music would play. It would have a flute and drums, then a radio announcer would come on and mention about a famous Founding Father and how they made a commitment to stand for a just cause back then. That Americans today can do the same thing. I forgot who sponsored this radio ad. I would heard on a local radio station in Texas, near Houston back in the early 2000s. If someone knows about this please let me know.
