PBS NH Primary Coverage

Much of the PBS NewsHour's New Hampshire primary reportage from Manchester took place in a makeshift studio (tent) with prominent WGBH markings. Why wasn't NHPBS involved?

A big "Thumbs Up" for WCVB-5's NH Primary coverage. It's a rare thing these days to see a local tv station's news coverage pre-empt an entire evening of network programming. And...Channel 5 did more than just keep repeating the incoming results, but also offered analysis and perspective on what we were seeing.

Nice work Channel 5!

I think the state of NH lost that battle 8 years ago by defunding NHPBS.

That reminds me of Chris Christie's defunding NJN and relinquishing control thereof to WNET. Would a similar arrangement between NHPBS and WGBH make sense?

Gives new meaning to the phrase live free or die.

I thought it was "live, freeze, and die." :)
