1540 New Format

I tuned in to 101.7 FM (their translator) and was hearing a Lesly Grace Bachata song. Was very strange for me to hear a Bachata song on LA RANCHERA. And saw my RDS saying 1540 so I tuned and they’re just playing random songs. No ID as of yet.
 
Checked 1540 around noon today and found them playing a random mix of music. Several seconds of silence between each song, no announcements. Appears KGBC is back in filler mode while awaiting the next greater fool, eerrrr, paying client. Guess the latest Spanish language religious broadcaster either cancelled due to nonexistent listenership, or wasn't paying the bills.

Looks like KGBC is about to roll into the grave, with a lousy AM signal and a very limited FM translator.
