Jonesboro AR: Devastating Tornado, KASU off the air

A shopping mall took substantial damage. But, the mall was closed because of COVID-19, so no one was around to be hurt there.

Any proof of KASU going off-air? I don't see KASU reporting that.

If hit by a tornado, updating a station website would be about the last thing that the staff would be dealing with.

While the fact that the website has even later news updates and no mention of the station being off the air, we don't know whether the news items on the site are done by the station or an outside source.

Hopefully, the station was not harmed.

KASU posted on their Facebook page that the transmitter was off the air, and they were still streaming online/Alexa.
Apparently some FM DXers in Arkansas are reporting them (mostly) back on.

The main story up on their page is from them about the tornado.
