Did Latino Broadcasting corporation sell their stations??

I keep hearing an announcement on the Radio on 105.3 La Caliente, a PLATINO MEDIA CORPORATION STATION.

Went to Facebook and they La Caliente and Rumba to be their stations.

I go to Latino Broadcasting corporation Facebook and they show to be in control of RADIO LUZ, LA NUEVA and LA CALLE.

Also, it seems that translator is back to broadcasting from downtown again. I can hear it in Spring. That's a no-no.

Latino Media is so generic, that I'm sure someone already held the rights to that name. All I can guess is that there was a name dispute and they were forced to change names. A quick search for "LBC" brings up a website that hasn't been updated in a while.

She’ll probably sue him when she finds out the “stations” are worthless.

Thanks to tb_ for supplying the divorce decree link, sounds like a less than amicable split, but the legal-ese might make it sound worse than it was.
I learned a new word: Muniment ("Mooniment") = a document, as a title, deed, or charter, by which rights or privileges are defended or maintained.
Also, Sara Guevara has a new name, "Sara Franco" which we may see in the future.
