He has gone from the tonight show to a similar tbs show to something else that doesn’t really register with me. Perhaps he has a plan to get back on top...I hope he does but needs to prove it with this viewer.

A few months later, not sure other then I am sure he doesn't have much time to do a monologue like other tv show hosts would do at the beginning of the show, as he has to bring out guest(s) the are booked on the show, where his show is 30 minutes, which is half the time then a regular tv talk show that airs for an hour the includes commercial breaks. His show is on and done, before Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, and Jimmy Kimmel even have their shows start.

A few months later, her has been doing the show for TBS for almost 10 years now, and he has been doing the show for a half hour for over a year now, if it is hasn't worked for you by now, I have my doubts that it won't work for you ever.

Her, (or I think it is a He), had a traditional late night show I liked. He changed it, reduced the guests, reduced the length, stopped wearing suits. No it doesn't really work for me. So you are correct!
