Standards on 900 WKDA

It actually was "Luz" (meaning light). 900 reverted back to a simulcast of 98.9/1490 for a few months because whoever was leasing airtime didn't pay up. It's only gone to standards since the COVID-19 outbreak really kicked in. The last time a leaser didn't pay up, it was 1200 that went to standards before Moody Radio bought 1200 outright.
