New owners have taken over at WPHB, bought for a song from Magnum before it went completely down the tubes. Twilight radio thinks it can do well by buying distressed AMs in underserved areas. PHB calls itself various things including "the music you grew up with. So far all I've heard is religious rock and Christian metal.

I kind of enjoyed WPHB's former programming when driving through the area, definitely old school small town radio. Faults and all. Kind of banal how small town lone country AMer gets bought by a group, gets an FM translator and flips to generic classic hits. If that's how it goes I understand, still pretty boring.

I don't live in Philipsburg but I do live within the primary signal area. Perhaps I was hearing something else mixing in as it did before the resumed full power. While I'm at it ... I don't see stats on the FM repeater. Nor do I hear anything on that 104.1 frequency. Anyone have any info?
