I personally don't remember WBBM having a book like that. Same goes for WDRV and WBEZ. In the case of WDRV maybe everybody liked those TV spots with Bob Stroud.

Don't look now - but 107.5 WGCI is actually showing some signs of life!

Back during the years of the Gulf War the news stations did well, but WMAQ which was all news at the time did the best.

Yeah.....gotta admit that. I confess that I had been thinking Nextar wouldn't do much of anything to shore up WGN's sagging numbers.

XRT almost at a 4.0. They're doing really well. Considering WKQX has been slipping the last couple of months I wonder if some listeners have switched preferred stations.

In its 25-54 rating, WXRT is down 45% since the average they had in October-November-December. WKQX is down by about the same percentage.

In 25-54, it is off over 25% in AQH listeners; share is meaningless when radio itself is off 30% to 40% in April depending on the market.

Interesting. So why is WXRT going one direction and WKQX another?
