Absolutely. It's a duo between a reggaeton artist and a singer whose fame is as a romantic AC ballad singer. While it is rhythmic and has a "descarga" (sort of like a "scat" in jazz) it is not pure reggaeton; it is sort of like someone standing at the border without a passport.
