Y101 poor reception

Anyone else having issues with KWYE Y101 reception issues? It sounds like another station trying to overpower the signal. Driving around Fresno it is unbearable to stay on them and listen.

Yes it's very weak, and I have an outdoor ant. in Clovis, and their tower is on Owen's Mt only 8 miles away.
 
I used to ask "Why 94?" But for the past decade or 2 the question has been, "Why 101?" It's all the same to me.
