Have you noticed that Ryan Seacrest is back in LA? Of course you have! He's been doing his KIIS show as well as Live With Kelly & Ryan show from his home in LA these past few months. There's talk he might make the LA stay permanent. Depends on who you talk to. The Live folks say no. Here's the story from Page 6 in NY:

I know we all feel so much healthier in LA since the smog went away.
