Whatever Happened To Jack Stockton?

He went to WCFL in 1976 when they went to Beautiful Music, and had an evening Talk Show. He reminded me of a mild mannered Larry Lujack. Seems like he was also at WIND at one time.

My path crossed with Jack when I was at WYEN for a couple of years in the late '70s. I was in sales and Jack was doing some production work for us on a part-time basis. A pro's pro and a good guy with a dry sense of humor. I think he was doing weekends at WCFL during those days, but I'm not 100% sure.

Back in the late 70’s, I was working the Radiothon at WCFL. We were down the hall from the studio in a conference room answering phones when Jack walked in wanting to know how it was going? Unfortunately, we received only a few calls that evening. Jack was very pleasant.
