MAY 2020 philly radio shares

http://www.******************/sr_ratings.aspx?market=7 Your thoughts

Nothing really earth-shattering. WBEB rebounds, WISX slides back to normal. WBEN with one of their random good books.

WHYY remains solid, KYW looking good. WRFF with a decent jump, but can't tell if that's due to the rebranding from "Radio" to "Alt"

Same thought as always: these are 12+ shares, not ratings and not AQH persons.

I know. But Both stations overlap in most of the Philadelphia metropolitan area i believe. WTDY ratings are depressing i hope they can rebound they have a better mix than wioq

Last weekend WBEN was playing a lot of 1970s and even some 1960s music. They called it a "Yacht Rock Weekend" but much of the music they were playing was not yacht rock, like ABBA, the Monkees, Guns 'n' Roses, etc. Meanwhile I tuned in WOGL and heard a 1990s Green Day song. It was almost like they swapped formats!

WOGL keeps creeping bit by bit into the 90s with Green Day, Blind Melon, Lisa Loeb, and Natalie Imbruglia. They even touched 2001 with Mary J. Blige's "Family Affair!"

Ben FM's Yacht Rock Weekend was interesting. It's also been interesting how they've swung around the musical pendulum, with some new/recurrent stuff for a while... going 80s heavy, going 90s Alt Heavy etc. And their ratings have generally hovered in the same range the whole time.
