Under what president is W246BN still broadcasting with their parent, AM station WTKE Milton, silent?

Been that way since sometime last year.

I think the primary may be WTKE FM now. The filed to change it to that,m yet that application was dismissed but the denial letter from the FCC makes references impermissible ERP. W246BN wouldnt be a fill in translator, so at its height, it would be allowed 19 watts and it as 215 watts.. so it was denied
