Hank Morse to WBOQ

will he be painting houses in the afternoons like his predecessor?

I don't think he is going to make enough money to cover his gasoline bill from Medford to North Beverly, and the show starts too early to take the train.

I still feel bad for people who have spent long term time in Broadcasting and end up on the beach with not a lot of options to stay in the market, or in the business.

I thought the same thing when I the read news but being on the air helps his DJ business and other live events gigs he does on the side.

with every venue closed, and Wedding receptions and other event where one would use a DJ being cancelled or postponed until who knows when, you are not hearing a lot of people doing a lot of promoting their DJ/MC business right now.

How many DJ's in smaller markets that counted on talent fees for showing up at a car dealer on a Saturday for a few hours and other places where the prize pigs congregate have not only seen their side gig income vaporize, but they are lucky to still have the radio gig.. and remember the money from doing remotes was pitched to them as a way to make up for the crap salary.
