WCOD has been trending steadily down since letting go of their #1 rated morning show in January. Down from a 5.1 last fall to 3.4. Don't see anyone else in particular benefiting - looks like the Dan and Stephanie listeners just drifted off randomly to other stations.

Now that Dan and Stephanie have launched their Mix96 streaming operation it will be interesting see what happens. A few listeners who stuck around at WCOD may migrate now.

Well - gotta love the radio biz. Dan has already kicked Stephanie to the curb. I doubt Cape Cod's Mix 96 will be around much longer. Thought they may have been on to something.

the website for the virtual station has no personality information, it barely has any information at all
 
The web site had more info before - but they seem to have cleaned everything off and made it generic last week. Like the morning show is just called Morning Show" now where it used to be there names.

I know it is done from someone's house - I thought it was Dan's house but maybe I had that wrong.

Also they had added a mid-day show with a local restaurant feature segment done by Lisa Z but that is gone too. That may have only been on a week, maybe two.

It appears Stephanie owns the Facebook and Instagram accounts that were used for the Dan and Stephanie In the Morning show - they have both been changed to just Stephanie in the Morning now.

Too bad cause I thought they were good together. I really only got into listening to them last year but I knew they had been around for a long time.
