I've noticed Tom Cuddy has started tagging some of his tweets with @wbznewsradio on Twitter. Is he back on the air over there?
 
Lets hope not. But maybe they did another barter deal with him. The world doesn't need any more negativity from one of the most negative people alive.

I'm perfectly happy with Adam Kaufman and Brian Antonelli, and fill-in Dan Watkins. However, the weekend sports voices are another issue altogether. Rumor has it they're not even local; they reside deep in the bowels of the iHeart/TTN machine somewhere in the USA, I understand.
 
I listened to Cuddy back in the '70s on WTSV 1230/WECM 106.1 (Claremont, NH)....
His "....cluddy skies....." weather forecasts drove me nuts!!!
Sorry.....some people just DON'T have a radio voice......!!:(
Then again.......Edgar Bergen made $$ with Mortimer Snerd.......
 
Yeah - on cape we have the problem with the news anchors on supposedly “Newsradio 95” WXTK owned by iheart. Unfortunately, there are no local news people anymore at the iheart cluster here even during the week - just voices from the corporate dungeons of iheart reading stories out of the Cape Cod Times or stealing them from the locally owned music stations that have newsroom staff.
