The MNF game overran to 11:31 PM Eastern (16 minutes late), and East Coast newscasts didn't start until 11:37. Kimmel, etc. was delayed until 12:11 AM.
Weird programming decision on KOTA in Rapid City. They only had Wheel of Fortune slotted for 15 minutes from 9:15-30 Mountain, followed by Jeopardy! in full. The latter was JIP'd 5 minutes in and no part of Wheel aired, but apparently they would have only showed the second half of the episode if the game did not run over. Perhaps someone assumed the game was scheduled until 9:00 and not 9:15.
KOMO in Seattle ran a full half hour of local news from 8:35-9:05 PM Pacific, and Wheel of Fortune was JIP'd during the break between Rounds 1 and 2.
Just like last Saturday, KABC in Los Angeles scheduled news from 8:15-9:00 but did not run it past 9:00, allowing Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune to both air in full, which are pretty important right now for this station since nearly all of their contestants are LA locals for the time being.
Guess I spoke too soon on KGO's After the Game show. It was scheduled to run from 8:15-9:00. Since this show's usual runtime when games overrun is "originally-intended runtime + however many minutes to the next half hour", it instead ran until 9:30. More in Common, a Localish show scheduled as filler, was pre-empted. Wheel of Fortune aired as scheduled for 9:30, followed by Jeopardy! at 10:00 (KGO continues to schedule the two in reverse order when airing in primetime after a sporting event, oddly).
KYUR in Alaska did not schedule any news or postgame programming after the game. An infomercial was JIP'd.
