KOKE/KTXX Owner indicted

The serious subject/politics aside, I feel bad for the staff at the Austin Radio Network (KOKE/The Horn) which have been caught in the middle of all this and could face uncertainty about their jobs, especially in this climate. Positive vibes go out to them.

There is a very simple solution: the two other partners simply agree to buy the indicted partner's share. Of course, an indictment is not a conviction but I'm sure that they could execute and agreement that automatically does the transaction in the event Nassour is convicted.

I just thought about that not long you posted; Hopefully for the sake of their employees, Bob and Eric have enough capital saved to take the rest of the load and withstand after this
